I founded Breakthrough to help senior leaders and their teams get from where they are to where they want to be.

Columbia University’s Coaching Certification Program taught me the neuroscience behind adult learning along with coaching techniques to help adults process and retain new information. At Rutgers University in partnership with global executive search and management consulting firm Heidrick & Struggles, I incorporated the coaching models from their Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance certification program into my leadership and executive coaching practice.

Prior to launching Breakthrough Consulting Group, I held leadership roles in the marketing departments of five Am Law 100 firms, including two of the ten largest law firms in the world. I also gained leadership experience at Fortune 250-sized public company Thomson Reuters, where I led the communications team for the $3.5 billion global Legal business unit and later served as Vice President, Business Communications Content for the entire $12 billion enterprise.
From the time I started coaching business leaders in 2018, I have attracted and worked with clients from a variety of industries, including: legal, finance, real estate, technology, retail, marketing and advertising, life sciences and management consulting, among others. As a thought partner, clients tell me that they appreciate my authenticity, EQ, instinct and experience. Most importantly, my clients work with me because I help them achieve previously elusive goals.
